Not everyone who ends up in prison is actually guilty of the crimes they were accused of. Some people end up there because of a failed justice system and some end up there because their public defender is not enough of a paid hack to be able to get their story straight. But everyone who gets convicted of their crime needs to serve their time and hopefully they should be able to return to society after serving their sentence. This is a difficult task and going to jail in itself is difficult enough. But any time in prison can be detrimental and one needs to do everything that one can to avoid going there in the first place. But if it happens that even if one were to end up in the big house, it is important to focus on getting out and planning not to get back in ever again. The world behind bars can be a dangerous one and getting involved can only make the time inside even worse. Getting in with the gangs can be a terrible thing and just when one thinks that they are out, the contacts on the outside can be even worse than they are on the inside. But if one has to get out of prison and start a new life, one can definitely give it a go. There are worse things than being in prison and getting out and starting over is not one of them. In America, one can still find a job and re-integrate into society. The thing about living in society is that they will know everything though and that can be one of the harder things to get past. People will want to see if a person has a Criminal Record Certificate before they hire anyone and this will not be something that one can put past a search for records. But then there are many organizations that help people get their lives back together and they will be more than willing to help other people to be productive citizens again. So one should not allow a Criminal Record Certificate stop them from trying to earn an honest living. One needs to live clean in order to face the Maker at the end of one's life so one needs to decide right then and there is having a criminal life is better than having a good life. |
